Fairstein's Journal, 11 January 2013

Logging this weight to keep myself honest. I weighed in yesterday, but I know I was carrying a lot of water weight, so weighed in again today to get a better reading and to be sure I keep charging ahead!

Off on another plane today. This time to Beijing. All my food is packed in my carry on and we'll see if I can manage to behave at the breakfast buffet next week!
125.0 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
