What a nice day - plenty of energy, satisfying food, and a great routine. I even worked in my walk today after vacuuming! Double the exercise, surely (^_^)!
140.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
