Two things from yesterday that were not very effective:

1) Home remodel had a step backwards - an electrical problem caused some previously-repair sheetrock to get ripped up by the electrician. I now have to fill in at the base, mill new baseboards, paint and install. Based on "free time", this is a week back-step, and I'm feeling any week nowadays as a very painful backtrack from progress. So, I obsessed. Glue, wait ten minutes (waste time web surfing, actually), glue, wait ten minutes.

So, I **could** have (I try not to **should** on myself any more) done better by allowing this repair to drag on longer, and instead, spend some time outdoors exercising.

2) Watched TV at night. There is no TV that is so interesting that I don't end up eating and drinking too much, due to boredom.

Today: the remodel work continues, but there's an obvious point where I'm done with step 2, and step 3 will require moving furniture around to set up a "paint booth" in the room. Between those two steps will occur a time that's probably best for running. I'll give it a try.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
