A new year, the tempting treats behind us (well, the Holiday tempting treats anyway)... seems there are tempting treats every day...
Hoping to get back on track with my eating and exercising. Just need to make the time to fit the exercising in - and say no to the unhealthy food choices.
We all know the rules... that doesn't mean we like them :)
