starting new today! weigh-ins on Monday to keep me more accountable over the weekends.
229.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me too :))) Monday's and Friday's. I am not a fan of weighing in every day. Never have been. But I found those two days to be the best motivators for me! I work hard to get a good weigh in on Friday's...which motivates me to not screw myself over the weekend knowing I will need to weigh in again on Monday! Plus once I get the 'losses' started... even one pound is a huge motivator to me to do it all again and look for in the next week!!! :) We can do this thing!!!
