Saturday,

Boy, did I sleep good last night! Such a fog I was in when I got up, I forgot to weigh in 1st thing. When I finally remembered, which was After drinking a bunch of water, I decided I may as well face the music & get it over with, so I played the guessing game as I walked down the hallway, 160? 163? 150-something I hope...Oh, man, did I eat a lot of cheesecake, plus this miserable TOM, I'll stick with 163, don't be surprised, don't cry I told myself...you can handle it, you ate it & told yourself it was worth it, cause it was sooooo good...remember? I remember. On the scale I go...for a whopping 157.0. Don't know what else to say, not sure there is anything to say really. Just get back to it & move on, move forward.

The good news is...It Is SNOWING! Hope to go snowmobiling this afternoon...maybe?

Anyway, I have a food plan, it is all logged, planning on a little excercise machine time this morning.

Today I am thankful I made it through 3 days of hellish days at the office & I slept in too!

Its always nice to get some much needed rest...Hey at least it wasn't the 163 you were expecting...ohh snow mobiling sounds like fun..Enjoy the rest of your weekend...:O)
