Have been dieting well: 600 calories yesterday and 200 today, out of a daily recommended 1800! But I think the 64kg weighing is a lot to do with lack of water
141.1 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
