Going to try and get back into doing this.

Since I've been gone out of the loop here I've found it simple to maintain. However this holiday season (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and now includes my daughters birthday) has been a bit brutal and I've slowly gone up about 5lbs.

My views on food have changed a bit, but not much. When I get around to it I'm going to change my bio to reflect this.

2120 kcal Fat: 147.16g | Prot: 90.28g | Carb: 117.24g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Honey, Heavy Cream, Kahlua, Coconut Oil. Lunch: pineapple, butternut squash, ham, Egg. Dinner: ham, butternut squash, pineapple, t bone Steak, Sauerkraut, Creme Brulee. Snacks/Other: coconut oil, pepper jack , jasmine tea, apple, cheese, Mixed Nuts, raw honey. more...
