believe it or not today was actually a GOOD day as far as food and exercise goes. my diet these past few days has been disgusting so i've decided to write down everything i eat even if i'm ashamed of it so that i can take accountability for it. i want to run a half marathon this march. that's my goal and that's what i'm training for. eating healthy and running.
