well that's xmas dinner out of the way...just need boxing day to go now :)
187.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ah but its leftovers... Feel a curry coming on... And trifle which i will have no idea what the cals are so i will just guess
