Ate breakfast of low carb bread and eggs. Had the healthiest Christmas lunch ever. Chicken, leftover turkey, salad and berries and yogurt late in the afternoon in the garden. In-laws were visiting and the kids were swimming the whole afternoon. Beautiful SOuth African Christmas in Pretoria.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
