I don't usually do mid-week weigh-ins but family/work functions for 4 of the next 5 days may well impact this week's weight - so worth recording a slight loss since last Saturday's reading.

Down 0.5 kilo making me a mere smidgin over 18 stone - the target I set myself on 4th November to achieve by Christmas.

It also puts me in the 'Green Zone' on the MFS Weight History tracker chart.
253.5 lb Lost so far: 39.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
