I actually don't know what I weigh. I added 5 pounds here, and I'm being optimistic. I AM back on plan, though, and I'm going to stay off the scale for 2 weeks and just pay attention to how I'm feeling, rather than the scale. I think if I get on and see the actual gain I'll give up entirely. I was very sick from fried chicken, and I ate too many donuts. I just have to make the conscious decision to keep losing weight, and I know Atkins works for me, obviously.

Freaking time of the month is here, too, so all I want to do is eat chocolate. Thank god for sugar free chocolate snack pack puddings. I know they probably aren't "induction", but I can't afford the Atkins bars right now and I need the sweet. I hope I can, once again, stick to this program..
240.0 lb Lost so far: 40.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
