I'm choosing not to record my weight this week. We had my work Christmas party, a meal... then a family Christmas, lots of food... followed by Monday, my boyfriend's birthday...
So, no weight. But today I did log some time with my treadmill. :)
I also went to the doctor today. My thyroid and vitamin levels are steady for a long enough time that he's suggested I just have my regular doctor check it in a year. No more blood tests and specialists, it's exciting!

Even if you didn't record your weight, I hope you still got on the scale. Days like these are great reminders of what happens when we go nuts. It's important for us to know. :)

I got on the scale. And the doctor's scale yesterday. :) I do every day, even when I don't record it.

Congrats, on the great report from your doctor. As others have said, don't ignore the scale, whether you choose to record it or not. Also, like you, this time of year is my nemesis, but victory will be mine, no matter how many holiday celebrations I attend. Keep up the good work. :-)
