I've been thinking about coming here to post something all day but I wasn't quite sure what I want to post.
I have been battling some emotional eating of late. I'm not exactly sure what I'm being emotional about. Things are about the same as they have been. I feel like I'm super hungry all the time. Even when I've eaten a proper meal, I'm hungry. Like tonight, for example, I had a snack when I got home and then made dinner. About 30 minutes after I had eaten, I was quite hungry still. I cooked a turkey sausage and was still hungry a bit after that. Since I'd tried a protein already, I went for a couple of Oreos to try the sweet/carb route. A while later...still hungry. I gave up after that. I've drank my water for the most part too. Just weird.
I thought about taking my measurements again tonight but, I'm pooped. It's time for bed. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow anyway so I'll be able to update my weight. I know, different scales mean different weights but I'll trust they get theirs calibrated more frequently than Mom's. Right now, I'm hoping for my weight to stay the same.
Off to dream land...

I have had days like that! Just can't ever find the right food, and/or amount of food, not to be hungry. Great job on the water! Next time try an apple. Makes a crunch sound, you have to chew it, sweet, and contains water....works for me on these days.
