FINALLY! Effort is starting to show on the scale. 8 lbs down so far. Plan to run today and watch fat intake a bit more. I've been reading up on a few things and it's a great idea to have a high fat intake when you're making a ketosis transition but it becomes super easy to start filling up on high calorie treats as time goes on including Atkins junk food. I need to keep focused on lots of health veges and mid-fat to lean cuts of meat if I want my progress to be steady and strong.
