I can't even really begin to count the calories I consumed last night at my husband's christmas dinner so why bother. I did, however, stick reasonably well to a low-carb one. I even had full ketones showing on a stick this morning so I guess I'll be ok.

LOVE my new treadmill and iFit programs. I'm looking forward to a leaner healthier new me in 2013!

Did the same this weekend, I went to this party Friday and a brunch yesterday, there were so many different type of food I have no idea what I ate all I know I enjoyed everything
