exercise is biggest help right now. Turkeyday was tough, but walked thru the holiday. yes, was eating way off diet, but kept as many fruit and veggies as possible. challenge this week is carbs and snacking.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
