I am delighted to find myself here on fs again tonight! Minerva is so happy to be included in my daily life again, too.
I did go out and about today. Abigail was out of food and I was perilously close to being out of Diet Coke. I managed to retrieve both the Fancy Feast and the Diet Coke in one trip and immediately fed Abigail upon returning home. Oh, what simple pleasures!
After listening to G read "The Vinegar Book" aloud while having the television blaring with pundits all shouting at once, I was ready to escape the premises. I went Krogering (the happy way to shop) to replenish the pantry and refrigerator with human food. I did stop in at Rob's office for a few minutes on the way to Krogers. The Seniors were gathering to play Pinochle so I had to make a hasty retreat before they roped me into Pinochling with them. It was a pretty close call. I managed to spend 2 hours shopping. I lugged all the groceries in and tried to get them put up before my feet gave out. G then asked if I would mind going to McDonalds to get her a cinnamon roll and also stop at Wendy's for a Frosty. Some things never change.

I had to 'google' pinochle ... Never hear of it before... Don't blame you for retreating LOL. Buffy is right...you need to UPDATE us.. It's so long since we heard from you... And so lovely that you are within our FS circle again xx
