Preciousgem's Journal, 20 November 2012

I am feeling a bit more encourage since the scale has begun moving in a downward motion again. Two more pounds closer to getting below the 200 mark. I am hoping I can get to 190 by the end of this year. But with Christmas around the corner it will be quite a challenge staying focussed.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 November 2012:
1606 kcal Fat: 66.46g | Prot: 66.74g | Carb: 185.76g.   Breakfast: Dried and Salted Atlantic Cod, Plain Dumpling. Lunch: Peanut Butter Shake (Regular), Sandwich Crackers. Dinner: Plain Dumpling, Fish Broth, Fruit Smoothie Drink (with Fruit Juice and Dairy Products), Cooked Trout. Snacks/Other: Snack Cracker, Peanut Butter Fudge Shake (Regular). more...

I weighed in but don't get why my weight did not register on the challenge. U am actually 8lbs lighter than when when we began.
