OPERATION: SUMMER SLIMDOWN: DAY (SIX AND) SEVEN:

I got sidetracked yesterday and forgot to write Day 6's entry, so I'll just add it into this one. I made that Turkey/Chicken and Vegetable Bake last night and it came out really good. I had to tweak the recipe a bit to make it work with the ingredients I had on hand, but I was satisfied with the outcome, although I think it needed a little more salt.

Still down, even though I feel really bloated and gross and miserable. I could really use some chocolate, but I'm done for the day so I'll settle for some tomorrow.
