Iam using the Fit products by Morinda to lose weight. For someone who doesn't have time to eat three meals a day, this is the perfect Fit for me. I drink two Reduce shakes a day, and one Rebuild before I work out. I hope to lose 50 pounds by May 2013.

Well I was doing good until I went to Jack-in-the-box, but really what I had was within the 1500 calories for the day. But, I know this was not nutritious. I will drink a Reduce shake tonight and that will be it for the day.
