OPERATION: SUMMER SLIMDOWN: DAY FOUR:
Today was a good day. I finally weighed in and I'm down three pounds from last week, so I'm happy. Hopefully I'll be down three more before next week. I've been doing reasonably well with keeping to my meal plan, except that I haven't been waking up early enough to really eat breakfast at a normal "breakfast" time, so I'm going to try to do away with my night owl tendencies and go to bed at a decent hour.

I finally cooked today, though! Dinner was a recipe I found on here; Chicken Stir-Fry. It was good, although I added a little more chicken broth than listed and I substituted the mushrooms and asaparagus (I didn't have any on hand) with corn and chili powder for cayenne pepper. Once I added a serving of brown rice and a little butter I was satisfied and it made up for any lingering dryness. All-in-all, a good day.
