Too much popcorn and wine. In midst of revamping my plan. I don't want to be on expensive supplements forever and I don't want smelly toots. Time for another plan. Maybe I'll become a morning person after all. One can only hope ;)
211.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
