Hi, I have been sperodic entering my food and have to get back on the stick. My weight is the same, not gaining, though a few times I did, but took it right back off. Had a shot in the left knee which lately had become very painful (not the one replaced, that's improving a lot.) Hope everyone is doing well. I will try to get here again on a regular basis, just have not been on the computer a lot these days. Have a good day friends, Gigi
