I'M BACK BABY!!!! I have taken 2 weeks off and renewed my mental state so I can get back on track. I was so tempted to use the excuse that I got layed off on Friday to extend my hiatus. But I'm happy to say I reached past the cold pizza and left over mac-n-cheese to reach for the bacon. I made a deal with myself and I'm sticking to it. Back on Atkins Induction and will weigh in this Friday. It's been a rough couple of months for me between losing our dog, my car accident, and losing my job. The old me would have crumbled. I walk with my head held high and a spring in my step. I've lost 33 pounds! I did it! And now I'm back to continue doing it.
