Why am I not losing weight even though I'm burning more than 4000 kcal per week?!!

Fmz93 you definetly need to start eating healthy foods since you really eat a lot of junk food. Think of your health first. You can still eat what you like just throw in some veggies. I burn 4000 cals in 2 days, you should start exercising. That is what your body needs to lose the weight. BKNayak You lost a lot of weight recently so maybe it's just a plateu. You'll get trough it like I did, just be persisten. The first 10/15 pounds are the easiest to get rid of since it's mostly water weight. To lose fat you need more time so it's going to be slower from now on unless you want to exercise a lot more. Your calories per day look OK so just keep up the good work. Good luck both of you and don't give up ;-)

You need to really balance your diet out. From what you recorded that food is not what would be best with losing weight. Adding more fruits, veggies, and getting rid of that junk food is the key to your success. You should also incorporate more exercise. You may have done more things that what you recorded but if you put in healthy things and balance that with a good work out you'll see changes. I do an hour of working out every morning before I have breakfast. Hope something helps, look up short workouts online if you're busy or maybe get into a yoga program. DDP Yoga would be my suggestion. Good luck! :)

@Snow833 yeah I guess that has been my problem, which is why I have reduced junk food to a great extent and snacking too. Thank you!

@HappyCheerY2J222, it has been more than two weeks that I have started doing yoga and I feel a prominent change in my body. Thank you so much for suggesting yoga! :) not only is my waist more trimmed now, it is helping me lose one pound per week and I feel more energized while doing it. Thank you so much!
