Difficult to eat healthliy this week - meal out with my mum and friends round for a meal on Wednesday. However, managed to avoid snacks at night - although had a slight relapse on Sunday - and got some exercise - gym on monday and five mile walk with Jenny on Friday. Lost 3 pounds - really pleased!
