Losing weight slowly, but it's totally worth not making myself miserable with too much calorie restriction and intense workout regimens. I have been getting better at learning how to fit in junk food appropriately so I don't blowout my RDI but I also don't feel deprived. I am finding that long term weight loss is about finding a balance that you can deal with over the long term. Also, cutting out alcohol for the last two weeks has made it so much easier to eat right and I haven't even missed it. I think I might keep going with the whole no drinking thing.
