Weight is up this weekend. No surprise. Thanksgiving volume to blame. Stuck with low carb foods though, just too high calorically. Should be able to get back down in a couple days.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
