I know that weight loss on low carb diets tends to be intermittent, but it is still frustrating. I'm full and happy though, which is saying a lot. I'm adding 5 net carbs of vegetables starting Wednesday, the start of my 5th week. This has helped others in the past, and I think I should do it.

I'll add the 5 carbs ever other day for the first week, when the second week every day. We'll see how it goes.

My weight has stayed constant. I'll check Ketostix and enter weight tomorrow.
