Today is Day #4 of FS since I start over w/the girls. Ive also been drinking have my weight in water so I get to take off a whole two ozs. lol I realize that taking a cleanse is very important in this first phase. If I exercise today which will be later on it will be 6 days straight. Weight still not moving like I would like it to. I guess on the bright side means that I wasnt eating all that bad after all. Because the 1st time I did this I lost 10lbs. Again slow & steady wins the race.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
