it takes 3 days to get into ketosis and that is no guarantee you will lose weight. It is a plan which balances your macro's. more fat and moderate protein. did you look into this at all?? get your RDI?? then get your macro's??

The 3000 Calorie day is still processing!!! Need to be more consistent.
