I didn't lose weight but I'm much happier than I was weeks ago.. My body is more toned and I feel lighter. So I guess its okay as long as I feel good!
119.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

It does take a couple of weeks to get past muscle gain to weight loss. Remember muscle weighs more than fat. You're converting flab to sexiness!!
