I'm not even trying anymore
193.9 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don’t give up....it’s terrible at times but just keep going. Do what was working for you, or maybe it’s time to try a different approach. Something is better than nothing

My biggest tip is don’t weigh yourself everyday. I think it’s a lot more rewarding to see a pound lost each week as opposed to a tiny tiny fraction of that every day. You got this calorie toast!

Start logging. Keep logging. Everything. Treat your body like a friend, not someone you want to punish. You. Are. In. Control. Act like it.

Listen, I can gain 2lb from one seemingly healthy meal and loose 3 by having a good bathroom day. I exercised like a maniac for 3 months but wasn’t eating right. Lost no weight. I injured my shoulder at work, don’t work out, started weighing and logging all I ate. Weight started coming off. But you gotta be honest with yourself. Honest with what you eat. And you gotta be kind to your self. Like someone said; this is not punishment. I’m loving me. I’m loving feeding my body good nutrition. I’m loving my results. I’m doing that. I am in control. Not some angry, resentful, emotional person inside me. Oh no.

There are only two directions you can go: up or down. Rarely are we stable! You'll eventually have to 'try' because your health will take a beating. Better to climb that hill before it becomes a mountain!

I say the same thing on my days that I’ve gained weight. But I also realized this: Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts!
