Could I lose 20 pounds by Feb 1st my 80th birthday-it is a dream of mine but can it be a reality? Only if I can focus. I need to lose a total of 60 lbs and long term that could happen by December 2019. What do I have to do to make that happen?

My recipe for success

1. Journal my food intake daily-follow the GI diet-160 carbs/day
2. Drink my 6 glasses of water daily.
3. Limit eating at fast food restaurants to once/week.
4. Continue water fit 3x/week and gradually add pole walking 3x/week.

Will I do these things consistently? Time will tell!!!
220.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 60.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
