I officially have a soda problem. Two a day, even of diet is such a no no but I can't help myself! I have a sneaking suspicion that I could be losing more weight without all the sodium and carbonation. Grr. Bonus though-- 1 cup of corn chex is 120 calories and with a few white chocolate chips, still not too terrible for a movie-night snack and delicious (plus I don't have to worry about the popcorn fumes makin it hard for hubby to breath- he's allergic to popcorn)

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 April 2010:
1576 kcal Fat: 50.08g | Prot: 104.28g | Carb: 212.74g.   Breakfast: sweet and salty bar, Chicken and Veggie Pockets. Lunch: velveeta slices, nature's own, no sugar added mott's applesauce, great value honey ham, fat free miracle whip, sugar free nips, lettuce, onion. Dinner: coke zero, yukon potato, frozen corn great value, Low Calorie Chicken Florentine. Snacks/Other: Ginger Carrot Asian Dressing, coke zero, haagen daz sorbet, lettuce, hershey's white chocolate chips, smucker's magic shell, Stir Fry Tofu, creamy almond butter, corn chex, agave. more...

...and I seriously need to get my mind back in the game-- I've been staying in my calories, but eating a lot of treats. I can't decide if it's ok because I don't want to be stressed and craving things and it's the weekend and finals at school or if I need to buckle down. Still losing for now but slower than I want.

I've decided to not worry too much until finals are over in 5 days. I'll stay in my RDI and eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner because I do like healthy food and I cook for hubby anyway, but snacks are just gonna be not so healthy until I'm less stressed and can work out more-- this may seem backwards but the working out helps with not feeling like crap which helps me feel like eating healthier.
