Two weeks in Turkey, all-inclusive.

I stuck mainly to salads as it was easier to discern what wasand what wasn't gluten free but so much olive oil. Very few desserts also because of the gluten. No bread of course. Plus olives. Honey and dried apricots for breakfast. Rum. (and five packets of crisps I should not have had)!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
