EXCELLENT WEIGH-IN :
Spent a week doing a long mountain hike this week. There is only so much food you can carry on your back for an entire week. Very good result on the scale.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
