GOAL achieved! 🙂 I never thought I’d get to 125 when I started in January. I haven’t been this weight since I got married 20 years ago. Now to keep the weight off...that’s going to be whole other challenge.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a huge achievement. Jumping in joy for you. Congratulations! Loosing it not an easy battle. Plenty of challenges, and I feel great about you getting over the finish line. It can be done. Staying stable, in my eyes is not nearly as challenging. The main reason for that, is that I have taken in a lot of knowledge about the foods that made me sick, weak and fat. In my case, wheat. Plus, I've learned how healing and satisfactory better quality foods are.
