The weight is coming down, but I am afraid it's due to my not being able to eat much. I am eating more fruit these days. Once I get off the pain meds, I should get a clear picture of the weight loss. Have been exercising the knee and also on the recumbent bike (15 to 17 min.) most days. Today is my 2nd physical therapy session at the hospital. Still have not heard about the MRI results.....
187.5 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gig...just getting caught up...I am so sorry I have been absent, but I am pleased to read that you are doing well. I disappeared about the time that you had your surgery. Like Stef, I've been pretty absent since Feb. I'm happy to hear the surgery went well. I hope the MRI is good news. Your weight looks great! Hugs!!!
