Alright I did not make my goal of 15 lbs in 3 months, but I'm so close!
I Still love this Carb Cycling thing- I can have my comfort foods and lose weight. I can go out with my friends and family and eat what they eat and lose weight. I can do this forever, and I will. I'm so happy to have found something that works for me I can't put it into words.

I still thank FS and that wonderful Mom of three here(she lost 65 lbs! in a year!) who introduced me to this way of eating. THE WEIGHT IS GOING DOWN! THANKS!!
When I reach my goal, I will probably switch to doing just 2 low carb/low calorie days a week instead of 5.
Even more, I thank you for helping my daughter, she's doing this too, she gained so much while getting her M.A., and her words- I LOVE THE SCALE! She's looking and feeling great! She's lost 45 lbs. since last October.

About a pound from my goal, and it will go, just like the rest. I'm not going to despair because I missed. My life has been crazy lately and I wouldn't have it any other way. My weight goal is not taking a back seat, but I will not make it my obsession, I would not enjoy my life that way, and that's part of this whole journey; to learn how to eat properly so my life is GOOD!

Off my soapbox now- if you read this diatribe thanks for putting up with it. Love FS, I can vent as much as I want!
