So I ate a low carb, really high fiber tortilla with dinner last night and I finally pooped a lot. It has been a while since I’ve had such a successful bathroom visit. I’m honestly way too happy right now.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
