Well shoot! 2 pounds up this week! I don't feel fatter, I don't look fatter and yet the scale says I am fatter. Frustrating. A half pound this way or that way sure, I get that. But 2 pounds? That seems more serious. I even skipped my usual Caramel Chicken and brown rice at Pei Wei and had a salad!! Maybe it was that buttercream frosting. Oh well, keep moving forward, check my diet calendar and most of all don't get discouraged. I believe this is a temporary setback. I'll try cutting back at night, my worst habit. Some days I wish I was flexible enough to kick myself in the you know what for getting myself in this predicament in the first place. Were all those doughnuts, cakes and bowls of cereal really worth all this pain? No they were not.
On a lighter note, I'm so proud of all my buddies for their successes last week. May this week be even better for all of us. Good job!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exactly plus it has been very hot at least here in buffalo area.. What I have been doing is cutting back what i eat at night since I dont move around as much and its not just sitting in my stomach. So when i get hungry i get an orange or some kind of fruit.. I would not worry you will lose that 2lbs and more..
