Opening Ceremonies tonight woo hoo! I love the Olympics! Watching other people benefit from all their workouts is great fun. HaHa! I actually prefer Winter to Summer games, but I love it all. I'm having a tostada party to celebrate. They are great because you can make them your own with the foods you like. They are also fun for kids because they get to build their own. Here's what I usually put out: tostada shells (of course), taco meat, refried beans, grated cheese, diced green onions, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, salsa, diced avocado, chopped olives and sliced jalapeno peppers. These are so delicious and good for you and fun! So happy Olympics everyone. Have a great weekend!

Yummy! Sounds tasty! Enjoy the night! I won't be tuning in.. no interest in the Olympics (besides, I feel inadequate when I see how fit people are and how unfit I am in comparison) :-)
