I took some measurements today after 6 weeks on my plan. Here are the results:
June 12 July 24 bust 44.0 43.0 -1.0 waist 41.5 38.5 -3.0 stomach 42.5 41.0 -1.5 hips 44.5 43.0 -1.5 right arm 13.5 13.0 -0.5 left arm 12.5 12.0 -0.5 right thigh 25.0 24.0 -1.0 left thigh 24.75 24.0 -.75 left calf 16.0 15.5 -0.5 right calf 15.75 15.5 -.25 weight 175 172 -3.0lbs
That's a total of 10.5 inches and 3 pounds lost in 6 weeks. I am very pleased with this especially the waist and stomach losses because that was (and is) where I need to lose the most for my health. The weight loss averages out to 1/2 pound a week which is slow but it is where I set my RDI so no complaints there either. Have a good day everyone. :)

Wow that is excellent progress!! Well done!! I wish I had taken measurements at the beginning of the year because I've been stuck in a rut for the past 4 months and seeing how far you've come, not only on the scale but in body measurements must be incredibly motivating. Keep up the great work!!
