Well, I am still losing some, gaining a little, losing, gaining. So I decided I needed to change something. My variety of Wii fit exercises and workout tapes don't seem to be doing enough for me. So...I got brave and hit the track. I walked at a fast pace for 10 minutes then jogged a minute, walked a minute 5 times, then finished out the lap I was on slowly to cool down. I am soaked in sweat and my abs are burning. Let's hope I keep it up. I hope to eventually work up to jog 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes, and so on until I can make a whole lap. I hate running. The only time I ever liked to run was when I was kid and played soccer. Maybe I'll develop a taste for it. I just hope I don't let this heat keep me from it. I need some buddies to push me to keep it up!
