I believe gaining 0.5 kg a week is more appropriate to avoid much fat so I may drop another 200 calories.

I will also be starting a 3-month bodyweight circuit program (http://ashotofadrenaline.net/extreme-workout) and hope the result will be good!
152.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
