Imitation crab πŸ¦€ with Brussels and butter. Carby, but I had to clean out a freezer today.

subtract the fiber, and it won't be so carby! looks yummy!

The imitation crab is white fish with a bit chemicals and sugar in it. It’s 15 carbs per 90g. I had 180g. The Brussels are about 0.5 carbs each and I think I had twelve or so. It was good though.

I like imitation crab with frozen English peas, diced onion and mayonnaise as a salad.

I also make faux crab πŸ¦€ cakes. I mix mayo, eggs, CarbQuik and almond meal seasoned with Okd Bay. Form into patties and dredge in almond meal (or crushed pork rinds) for crunch and pan fry in olive oil or bake 20 minutes on 375 F. Fish is already cooked so you are really cooking the eggs πŸ₯š

I will try the crab cakes. I love salmon patties. Pork skins are a great idea.
