Right back where I was a week ago. Can’t seem to maintain a lower weight but I definitely have fat to loose... any suggestions?
109.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your weight is so low it makes sense that it's hard to lose. Have you tried IF - intermittent fasting? It helped me lose weight, usually you have a 16 hour a day fasting period and 8 hours where you can eat. Lots of people skip lunch and eat between noon and 8pm. For me, it's easier to eat earlier in the day and stop eating after 2 or 3pm.

Yes IF is also great advice n on tracking like ur life depends on it, yeah that’s the most important thing
